1. Implement a Peer to Peer Fundraising: Internet and mobile platforms make it easy to raise money. Let your supporters tap their networks for you. This type of fundraising has actually grown during the recession and it will help your organization get through this period.

2. Get more volunteers
3. Give more responsibility to Board members
4. Continue to invest in technology that generates revenue.
